"Hello I'm Jeff Race from Kinda Country. I am an Aussie, born in Sydney, NSW, Australia. I have been a presenter for 4 years on FM Community Radio and the Internet and have now joined the team at Kinda Country.
During these 4 years I was introduced to Australian Country music and fell in love with this style of music, especially the music and stories of the Australian Bush Balladeers, which is what I present on Kinda Country.
My favourite era for music is the 1950's and 60's.Why not stay a while and join listeners from around the world, to enjoy some great Australian Country Music, don't forget to spread the word about Kinda Country".
Keeping it country
Jeff Race

"Hi there, my name is Bill Morton, I soon gained the nickname of "Tex" after the founding father of Australian Country "Tex Morton", so it is easy and obvious why I am now called "Bill "TEX" Morton", I think this a honour.
I was born and raised in the English countryside (Essex) and have always enjoyed country music. After moving to Australia with my wife Dot some 40 years ago, I got hooked on Australian country music. Just after my retirement in late 1998, I was approached to become a presenter on community radio.  This I did and continue to do so, enjoying every minute. And now, through "Kinda Country",

I am expanding to present music on the Internet.
Even my old friends and family in England can list in now. For this I must say a big thank you to Keya. The lady in the photo with me, is my lovely wife Dot, who is my support person while doing my programs and a great help she is. I'd like to invite you to listen in so I can share with you some great Australian country."
Hi My name is Dot and before coming to Australia I knew about Australian Country Music and liked it. Now I love it since arriving many years ago and now with Bill we are involved with Kinda Country where I help in music programming.

Yours in Country Music
Bill and Dot Morton

"G'day, Keya here, let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in Mudgee NSW Australia 27 November 1951 to parents from the Coolabah area of the far west of NSW. At an early age the family moved from this area to a cattle and sheep station on the Macquarie Marshes 88 miles north west of Warren NSW. Warren being the nearest town. I grew up on this station and my early education was with the "Blackfriars" correspondence school. We lived in a remote area of Australia with no mains electricity (Instead 32Volt DC generator for lighting) kerosene fridges, but we had the old battery operated wireless.  Coming from the bush and growing up in the 1950's and 60's, with the music of this era and earlier, especially country music, the travelling country shows and Rodeos, I acquired my love and knowledge of the now "old style" Country Music and the artists. With this background, it is easy to see how I have come to always appreciate and love country music, especially Australian country music. I now live in the Gosford area on the Central Coast of NSW Australia with my wife CARON.
"Kinda Country" gives me the opportunity to be able to share this passion for "old style" country with fellow lovers worldwide".

"I grew up with Country music, because my father loved and played a lot of Country. Along with my husband Keya, we set up Kinda Country in 2004 enabling us to take Australian Country Music to the world. Around Kinda Country I do a lot of music programming which I enjoy, especially when I hear the music I have selected. The photo is myself, Keya and my mother Carol on top of Mt Kosciuszko".
